Assalamualikum,

Muslim Youth Leadership Program (MYLP) from CAIR encourages youth (ages 12-18) to be proud of their Muslim identity and it promotes civic engagement and activism.

CAIR-Philadelphia Executive Committee Member Tarik Selim will conduct a Muslim Youth Leadership Program workshop on June 1^st  at the Zubaida Foundation, Yardley.  This course is free of charge.

Designed for youth 13 to 18 years of age, the workshop, based on the book “The War Within Our Hearts”, focuses on building a positive American Muslim identity and gives youth an understanding of why certain things are not permissible in Islam and provides practical solutions for those who are struggling with any issue.
