Administrative Manager | Educational Leadership | School Operations & Program Development

Nicole Dahmani serves as the Administrative Manager of IQRA Academy, supporting the operations, programs, and continued development of the school. As a member of the founding team, she has been instrumental in helping build IQRA Academy Full Time from its inception, establishing administrative systems, policies, programs, and a school culture rooted in Islamic values, academic excellence, and family engagement.

In her role, Sr. Nicole works closely with school leadership and faculty to support curriculum coordination, instructional implementation, teacher development, student support, family engagement, and day-to-day school operations.

Before joining IQRA, Nicole spent seven years at Villanova Academy for Honor Studies, where she served as an Administrative Assistant and was actively involved in the school community as PTO President and Creative Arts Teacher for PreK–5th grade. During her time there, she led fundraising initiatives that generated more than $20,000 for technology and facility improvements, including the school library and playground.

Sr. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing an Islamic Studies Teacher Certification through Rabata Institute. She has also completed Muraqabah – Step One Certification and continues to pursue Islamic studies that complement her work in Islamic education and leadership.

Nicole is passionate about building educational environments where faith, knowledge, character, and excellence come together. She believes that strong schools are built through meaningful relationships, thoughtful leadership, and a shared commitment to nurturing the whole child.
