Sr. Nouria Alilat – Middle School Teacher/ Hifdh PALCS Teacher

Sr. Nouria Alilat brings a diverse academic and professional background to her work as an educator. She holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and began her professional career teaching French and Mathematics before working as a project manager in Algeria. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a concentration in Mathematics at Delaware County Community College.
Sr. Nouria has extensive experience teaching Arabic, Quran, and Islamic Studies. She began her Islamic education career at Al Bashaeer School in Boston and later spent several years at Villanova Academy for Honor Studies, where she taught Arabic, Quran using Al-Qaida Al-Noorania, and Islamic Studies as both a full-time and Sunday School teacher. She also taught Al-Qaida Al-Noorania through an after-school program at ISGVF.
Her journey with IQRA began as an After-School PALCS Hifdh teacher, and she later became a Full-Time Teacher. With her strong academic foundation and years of experience in both secular and Islamic education, Sr. Nouria is passionate about helping students develop knowledge, confidence, and a strong Islamic identity.
